Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Recruiter to identify, engage, and submit top-tier candidates for technical and specialist roles. You will play a key role in building talent pipelines for roles such as software developers, data engineers, DevOps professionals, cybersecurity experts, and more. This is a fully commission-based role best suited for recruiters who thrive in a performance-driven, flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with account managers to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.
  • Use various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, social media, etc.) to find passive and active candidates.
  • Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and role alignment.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Present qualified candidates to internal account managers or directly to clients, depending on engagement type.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in our ATS or internal candidate tracking system.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups when needed.
  • Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and job market dynamics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience sourcing technical or specialist roles in IT, engineering, or related domains.
  • Strong research and sourcing skills with familiarity in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.
  • Ability to assess resumes and identify relevant technical skills and experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a growing high paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
