About the Internship

This is a high-impact, hands-on internship designed for outstanding MBA candidates specializing in Sales, Marketing, or Strategy, who will work closely with the Accounts Head to:

  • Develop structured approaches to business development
  • Generate qualified leads and drive client acquisition
  • Create scalable sales processes and sales ops infrastructure
  • Improve brand visibility and client engagement
  • The internship is onsite at our Hyderabad headquarters, providing interns a dynamic environment to experiment, learn, and lead.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Market Strategy (20%)

  • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking
  • Identify and prioritize top industry segments and customer profiles
  • Design a go-to-market (GTM) strategy for client acquisition and retention
    Deliverables: GTM Playbook, Customer Persona Deck, Industry Opportunity Map
    KPIs: 3+ strategic client meetings per segment

2. Lead Generation & Sales Execution (30%)

  • Create a targeted B2B sales pipeline (min. 50 prospects)
  • Plan and execute email, LinkedIn, and tele-calling campaigns
  • Assist with pitch decks, RFP responses, and pricing proposals
    Deliverables: Qualified Lead Funnel, Campaign Logs, Proposal Templates
    KPIs: 10+ qualified leads/month, 3+ new client closures

3. Sales Process Design & CRM Integration (20%)

  • Map the end-to-end sales lifecycle and pain points
  • Recommend and help deploy CRM tools and sales tracking systems
  • Develop standardized templates for proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
    Deliverables: Sales Process Flow, CRM Implementation Report, SOP Manual
    KPIs: 20% improvement in lead-to-sale conversion efficiency

4. Marketing & Brand Enablement (15%)

  • Collaborate with designers to create digital and print collaterals
  • Support content creation for LinkedIn and email campaigns
  • Develop industry-specific product/service catalogues
    Deliverables: Brochures, Email Templates, LinkedIn Content Calendar
    KPIs: 15% boost in email or LinkedIn engagement rate

5. Reporting & Leadership Interface (15%)

  • Maintain weekly dashboards and trackers
  • Present progress updates and insights to senior leadership
  • Participate in strategic review discussions
    Deliverables: Weekly KPI Dashboards, Executive Summary Reports
    KPIs: 80%+ on-time task completion, high feedback score from managers

Who Should Apply

Eligibility Criteria

  • Full-time MBA student from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, NMIMS, MDI, etc.)
  • Available for full-time, 6-month onsite internship in Hyderabad
  • Specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Business Strategy preferred

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication; confident in client interactions
  • Strong analytical ability and data-driven decision making
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and ownership attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

  • Prior internship or live project in B2B sales, marketing, or growth strategy
  • Experience with LinkedIn sales outreach, cold emailing, or sales funnels
