Job Overview
As a Sourcing Recruiter – Non-Tech & Specialist Roles, you will be responsible for building and managing talent pipelines for a variety of non-technical positions. Your primary goal will be to source, assess, and submit top-tier candidates across industries such as finance, HR, legal, administration, operations, marketing, and customer service. You will partner with our internal account managers and external clients to help fulfill open requisitions by delivering quality candidates who match business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
- Analyze job requirements and understand hiring needs for various non-technical and specialist roles.
- Strategize and execute sourcing plans using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, and others.
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and social media.
- Build and nurture robust talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
Screening & Evaluation
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates’ experience, communication, and cultural fit.
- Verify candidate availability, compensation expectations, and other relevant details.
- Submit well-qualified candidates to account managers with detailed summaries.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal recruiters or client-side hiring managers to align on search criteria.
- Schedule candidate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback cycles as needed.
- Provide timely updates on candidate status and pipeline progress.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the ATS or internal tracking systems.
- Track submissions, interview stages, and closures to ensure smooth process flow.
- Monitor market trends, salary benchmarks, and role-specific requirements in various industries.
Focus Areas
- You’ll be sourcing for roles such as (but not limited to):
- Finance & Accounting: Accountants, Financial Analysts, Auditors, Controllers
- Human Resources: HR Managers, Recruiters, L&D Specialists, Payroll Coordinators
- Sales & Marketing: Business Development Managers, Digital Marketers, Brand Specialists
- Legal & Compliance: Legal Associates, Compliance Officers, Corporate Counsel
- Administration & Operations: Office Managers, Executive Assistants, Operations Coordinators
- Customer Support: Customer Success Managers, Support Executives, Call Center Leads
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience sourcing or recruiting for non-tech/professional service roles.
- Proficiency in using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sourcing tools.
- Strong ability to assess resumes, conduct preliminary evaluations, and gauge candidate potential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline.
- Experience with ATS or recruitment CRM tools is a plus.
Compensation
- This is a freelance/contract role. Your earnings are based entirely on your performance.
- Commission per successful placement – the more you close, the more you earn.
